By car - leave the A1(M) at Jct 45 and take the A64 for York. Leave the A64 at the third York junction, signed A19 Selby, and at the roundabout turn left first exit onto the A19 Selby Rd into York. When you approach the inner ringroad, bear left at the Y-junction onto the A1036 Fishergate. Join the one-way system bearing left, and the hotel is the first on your left. By train - the hotel is a mile from York station, a few minutes by taxi. On foot, leave the station and turn left, then follow the one-way system round to the right to the traffic lights. Cross straight ahead and follow Rougier St and George Hudson St, at the end of the road turn left into Micklegate then first right into Skeldergate in front of the river. At the end of the road turn left and cross the river, continue to follow the ringroad around to the right until you reach the entrance to the hotel on your right.
